From there, we move into a tailored workout. I’ll guide you through a structured warm-up, then we hit your strength training, focused, efficient, and built around movements that match your goals. Whether that’s building strength, toning up, or just feeling more capable in your body, I’ve got you covered.
Throughout the session, I’m coaching you on form, pushing your limits safely, and helping you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing. No guesswork. You’ll finish knowing you did something meaningful for your body.
The biggest part? You’re not doing it alone. I’m here in real-time to support you, adjust things on the fly, and make sure you walk out feeling stronger, physically and mentally.
Here’s what a semi-private training session with me looks like. You’ll be training alongside 2–6 others, but don’t worry, you’re not getting lost in the crowd. Everyone follows their own personalized program based on their goals, injuries, and level. I’m coaching all of you through your movements, adjusting form, and giving feedback in real time.
We start with a shared warm-up, then move into your individual strength work. You’ll still get that 1:1 attention, just with the added energy and motivation of being around others who are putting in the work too.
It’s the perfect mix of community and customization, you get a plan tailored to you, support from me, and a crew that keeps the vibe high. It’s efficient, focused, and you walk out feeling like you didn’t just train, you leveled up!
Team Training is a powerful method of delivering structured, sport-specific programming that improves strength, speed, conditioning, and injury prevention. It’s built to help athletes perform at their best while minimizing the risk of injury throughout their season.
Each session is tailored to the team’s current phase, pre-season, in-season, or off-season, providing the right training at the right time. Workouts are thoughtfully planned to match the demands of the sport and the team’s schedule, promoting consistency and sustainable progress.
