Membership Terms & Policies
• Month-to-month auto-renewal with a 4-week billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time with 28 days' notice.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@thefitnesslab.ca.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of membership.
Membership Price Protection
• Your price is guaranteed for life as long as you do not cancel.
• Pause your membership as often as needed.
Buddy Passes
• Members receive 10 buddy passes per contract year.
• Bring a friend to enjoy a workout. Email info@thefitnesslab.ca to arrange.
Terms of Use
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Members must comply with all studio rules and regulations.
Liability Waiver
• By participating in group fitness classes and utilizing services under the Formula Membership, members acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
• Members waive The Fitness Lab from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred.
Termination by The Fitness Lab
• The Fitness Lab reserves the right to terminate memberships for any member found in violation of studio policies or terms.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.
