Bio : Hello, my name is Dylan Melbourne, and I’ve been personal training for over 9 years now.
Originally getting my international certification through BCPTI.

Since then, I have acquired 15 different specialized training certifications in different modalities, with the most recent and most notable being my Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist 1 certification.
That is what I put my priority on currently.

I specialize in working through injuries of any kind, from major to minor, as well as progressing toward your goals of weight loss, gain, or strength.

For the last 9 years, I’ve connected myself as much as possible to physiotherapists to develop a perfect integration of any various surgeries into a long-term training solution through the phases of your recovery.

What functional patterns have allowed me to do is pinpoint people's dysfunctions more accurately and help solve pain management problems over the long term.

We at Functional Patterns believe strength and pain-free movement should go together.

As well as getting athletic development at the same time.

The two more specific clienteles I work with are people coming from pain or large dysfunctions, including scoliosis, rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc., and high-performance athletes looking to maximize their on- or off-season sport-specific training.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Name : Bailey Rose

Contact :

Specialize in : Weightlifting, Kettlebell, Strength/conditioning

Rates :
$80 1 hour session
$50 30 minute sessions

Bio : My love for fitness started in 2013 while I was on a mission to build the best version of my self both mentally and physically. I soon realized that I had the ability and drive to help others achieve those same goals and has since become my passion. My methods are a little different. I blend traditional weightlifting with kettlebell training and mix in a few unconventional techniques. Together we can tackle whatever goals you might have, make you faster, leaner, stronger and most importantly more confident, and do so in a fun way!
