This custom tailored 6 step assessment will not only test your current fitness level but it will also give you the much needed metrics to know where you want to take your fitness. Using the most up to date technology we are able to produce an accurate picture of where you are physically.

The 6 steps are as follows:

Step 1- Weigh in

Using the Inbody scale we are able to do a body composition scan to find out exactly what makes up your body mass.

Step 5- Explosive Testing

Explosive testing will be covered with 3 different types of jumps.

  • 1.)Squat Jump- vertical movement using your stretch cycle with no preload
  • 2.)Counter Movement Jump- vertical movement using your stretch shortening cycle with a pre load
  • 3.)Loaded jumps- testing with a load for distance
  • 4.)Depth Jump- testing reactive strength, RSI

Step 2- Resting Metabolic Rate

First step with the Pnoe system is to have you go to total rest to see how your body utilizes fats and carbs in a rested state. This will show us how fast or slow your metabolism is. Further we are able to break down your macros precisely and calculate exact calorie ranges to meet your goals.

Step 3- VO2 Max test/ Exercise test

Second step with the Pnoe system is to push your boundaries and cardio with a VO2 max test. Seeing oxygen absorption in the body allows us to know what your best training zones are for achieving your goals. Work smarter not harder! This test will break down multiple areas of your current health into one report.

Step 4 – Strength Testing

Using isometric lifts and Exsurgeo technology we are able to find out true strength in multiple planes of motion. 3 different tests will be taken based on your personal goals. Each test is performed over 10 seconds to reach your maximum potential strength.

Tests to choose from include:

  • a.) Mid Thigh Pull- The isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP) is an assessment of an athlete’s force producing capabilities. Previous research shows that maximal isometric force is greater than maximal concentric force production. Making peak isometric force testing a true measure of an athlete’s maximal force generation ability.
  • b.) Belt Squat – The Belt squat is a safe and effective way to test your 1rep max. Taken from a 90degree angle the test is very effective to find lower half strength.
  • c.) Single arm pull – Test each arm separately to see stability and strength differences. Test posterior muscle groups.
  • d.) Single arm push – Test each arm separately to see stability and strength differences. Test anterior muscle groups.
  • e.) If you are recovering from an injury and/or have specific muscle group you would like to test we can create a test for it.

Step 6- Speed Test

Speed testing can be done with choosing 2 different tests.

  • 1.)Sprint, Test acceleration
  • 2.) 5 – 10 – 5, This drill will test your agility, turn of direction, deceleration and acceleration
  • 3.)Sled push/pull. Testing velocities with a load.

Please keep in mind, this assessment will be tailored to you and your unique goals. Annual testing or once every 6-8 months is recommended.

The Pnoe assessments will follow with a call from their experts which will break down your test results and give you a clear picture of what you need to adjust in order to achieve your goals.

All Material will be sent in PDF format and assessment sheets will be updated test to test.
