I am driven to help people look, perform, and feel their very best. Knowing that this is possible for anyone, is what excites me as a trainer. I offer tailored guidance, accountability, and support, building resilience and wellness in my clients, empowering them to make lasting changes.
Though fitness wasn’t always my priority, working as a mechanic led to knee pain and low energy, prompting me to take charge of my well-being. I started running and weightlifting after work, which soon became the highlight of my day. After earning my Automotive Red Seal, I pursued my PT Certification at Douglas College. I was inspired to help others by the value I found in having my own personal trainer, who I relied on through a busy season of my life.
