Area of Specialization: Cycling/spin training
I’ve been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years, driven by a deep passion for health, movement, and helping others reach their goals. As a triathlete since 2006, I’ve competed around the world and qualified for world championships, experiences that built my confidence as a coach. A triathlon includes swimming, biking, and running, and while I’ve led many running programs for all levels, cycling is my specialty, so come join me for a spin!
After my third child in 2002, I began running to get back in shape. As a full-time mom, I entered the fitness world to stay active and quickly fell in love with group fitness, motivating others while pushing myself. My foundation as a fitness leader helped me teach myself to swim and bike, which led to triathlon success, including winning my first sprint and qualifying for the Ironman World Championships.
Now, as a mom of three and proud grandmother, I’m here to inspire, support, and train with you at one of the best gyms I’ve ever worked at—The Fitness Lab.
