I’m a results-driven coach with a deep background in bodybuilding, athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation. As a former high-level rugby athlete, my journey was shaped by both competitive success and the challenges of overcoming a career-ending injury. This experience fuels my passion for helping others rebuild stronger.

Currently preparing to earn my classic physique bodybuilding pro card, I live the high-performance lifestyle I teach. My coaching blends aesthetics with functionality, focusing on body recomposition, lifestyle optimization, and long-term sustainability. From injury rehab to bulletproofing the body through “prehab,” I design programs that enhance not just how you look, but how you move, recover, and perform.
