Love the Fitness Lab! As someone who previously hated exercising I actually look forward to my workouts now. Vik is a great trainer and caters to every level of fitness. The classes are fun, challenging, and best of all the gym is open 7 days a week so there are no excuses. I’ve been coming here 2 years now and it’s the best workout in town!
