I decided to try the 2 free class option and so glad I did. The Mom+1 class is what’s best for me since I have littles – Melissa is the instructor and she is so kind and helpful, ensures proper form. The group of ladies is really great and super motivating. I look forward to spending more time here, I got a great work out in and felt super comfortable.
